    • Adult supervision is required at all times. Winner must ensure the rider’s ability, size, and age suit the quad’s specifications.
    • The quad must only be used on private land with landowner permission and in accordance with local laws/regulations.
    • Winner must read the manual, perform pre‑ride checks, maintain the quad as per manufacturer guidance, and follow safe operating practices (including speed limiter/governor use).
    • The Promoter recommends professional rider training and proper instruction before first use.
    7. Risk, Liability & Indemnity
    • By accepting the prize, the winner accepts all risks associated with ownership, transport, storage, maintenance, and use.
    • The Promoter accepts no liability for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from use or misuse of the quad, including third‑party claims.
    • The winner is responsible for obtaining any insurance appropriate for the quad and its use.
    • Nothing in these T&Cs excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
    8. Delivery/Collection
    • UK mainland delivery or collection to be arranged within 14 days of winner confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
    • The winner must provide a safe delivery point and inspect the item on receipt. Report transit damage within 24 hours with photos.
    • Remote areas may require longer lead times or a collection alternative.
    9. Compliance & Legal Structure – The Promoter may cancel or amend the promotion if necessary for legal or regulatory reasons.
